"What is NTTA Quality Secured?"

NTTA Quality Secured is a customer care quality scheme monitored and operated by the National Trailer and Towing Association Limited who are the official trade association for the UK light trailer and towbar industry. The scheme promotes:

• Industry Standards.
• Workshop Best Practice.
• Customer Service.
• Guaranteed Workmanship.

"How does a company become a Quality Secured member?"

Each member company of the scheme is visited at least once a year and receives a thorough inspection by independent assessors.  The inspection looks at a number of different aspects of the company.  These include, customer service, workshop practice, customer complaints, staff knowledge and training etc.  Only successful completion of the criteria allows the company to be awarded its annual Quality Secured accreditation.

"How does Quality Secured help me the customer?"

The NTTA Quality Secured scheme is here to give you confidence when using any of the services or buying goods from a Quality Secured member company.  We want customers to feel safe in the knowledge that by using the services of a member company they have official industry backup.

Included in the Quality Secured scheme backup is an arbitration facility that allows any customer with a problem that cannot be resolved with the supplier using the normal channels to be heard independently by the Quality Secured committee within the NTTA.

The NTTA Quality Secured scheme is recommended and supported by the Caravan Club, The Camping & Caravanning Club, The Automobile Association and The British Horsebox Society.
