Standard Platform Trailers
The famous and extensive range of Bateson Platform Trailers combine exceptional strength with a low unladen weight and excellent stable towing characteristics. Standard platform trailers are available with gross weights of 2000kg, 2600kg and 3500kg. The capacity depends on the optional equipment fitted to the trailer. Optional equipment can be fitted to requirements, including steel hinged sides, loading ramps and carrier, rear loading legs, ladder rack, spare wheel and mesh extension sides. 14' (4300mm) and 16' (5000m) models are available with a hydraulic tilting body to load equipment with low ground clearance.
Beaver Tail Transporters
Beaver tail transporter trailers are available 14' or 16' long and 2000kg, 2600kg and 3500kg gross weights. All have a 4' (1200mm) long beaver tail section sloping approximately 4" (100mm). Standard equipment includes two slide-in loading ramps, rear loading legs and a suitable hand winch. The trailers can be supplied with hydraulic tilting bodies and a ramp door, side load securing rails, spare wheel and a third loading ramp if required.
Hydraulic Tipping Trailers
Hydraulic tipping trailers are available 8' (2500mm) long and 2000kg gross weight, or 10' (3000mm) long with gross weights of 2600kg and 3500kg. Standard equipment includes 12" (300mm) deep steel sides, a hand pump on model 202H and 12v electric hydraulic pumps on models 263H and 353H. A battery box is provided, but a battery is not included. Longer leads can be supplied with a 2-pin plug, to plug directly into a heavy-duty socket on the towing vehicle as an alternative. Optional equipment is available similar to the platform trailers, but a ramp carrier cannot be fitted to model 202H.
